There are people in this life that hold special meaning, and they leave deep impressions. There is always that one person we seek to call our own, someone who is meant for just us. We are very lucky to find them, and if we are fortunate enough to do so, we know the most unbelievable feeling of overwhelming happiness. They are the ones we fall in love with, the ones we can't help but think and dream of, the ones that we fight to hold onto forever if we can.

They are our forever loves.

Today is dearest's birthday and I wanted to make a reeeally special drawing, so here we have a 22+ hour graphite drawing (yes the entire thing is of my hand, no Photoshop manipulation) of Shinya, elegant drummer of Dir en Grey.

I wanted a love letter and collage look, so I fought with the composition and started this piece over again four ( x.x; ) times until it was exactly what I wanted. I think by far this is my favorite piece of mine, and I guess I'm biased because it holds a very deep meaning to me in more ways than I can express on here. I can't write anymore because I'll start to cry, so gomen for the short explanation n.n;;
